Many clients already use a CRM that includes an email or SMS service. So we recommend you use the same email / messaging service that you use to communicate with your clients on a regular basis, and insert your link to an automated email or SMS that gets sent to them at the right point in the customer journey.

Emails and messages will always be trusted by the recipient more when they recognise the sender, but that is possible to send emails and SMS from our software as an upgrade option

Email message = 1 credit

SMS message = 2 credits

1 credit = £0.10
